Personal Injury Defense

Whatcom County Superior Court Personal Injury Case

Plaintiff claimed our client caused an accident during a bicycle race and sought over $125,000 in damages. Jury found our client was not negligent and did not cause the accident, entering a defense verdict.

Skagit County Superior Court Personal Injury Case

One plaintiff seeking damages following a motorcycle-automobile accident settled his claims pre-suit via former counsel and then sought to change his mind via new counsel. Through a series of strategic motions and discovery requests, successfully enforced the settlement agreement for $10,000 and release of his claims against our client.

Property

Skagit County Superior Court Timber Trespass Case

Successfully and creatively settled the case with an easement for our client with no monetary damages or other costs or fees paid.

Lender Liability
