Kellsy Visser is the paralegal assisting Colin Morrow with estate planning, estate administration, and elder law as well as assisting both the litigation team and the municipal, land use and water law team . As the water adjudication in WRIA 1 has begun, Kellsy has been involved with assisting Carmichael Clark’s attorneys with setting up standard in-take and tracking procedures. She has also taken on the task of modernizing their archives and cataloging of estate planning documents. Kellsy strives to continually learn more about the legal field and to hone her knowledge while providing the highest level of customer service.
Before working at Carmichael Clark, she graduated from Western Washington University in December 2018 with her BA in Humanities and Social Sciences majoring in English and got a career diploma from Penn Foster for their paralegal program in 2022.
In her free time, Kellsy enjoys spending time with her partner and 2 cats, reading, crocheting, gardening, and enjoying time with family and friends.
