Taryn Maloy is the paralegal assisting Robert Carmichael and Catherine Moore. She has experience in land use, municipal, estate planning, probate, guardianship, business, and family law. Taryn enjoys all aspects of legal work and is eager to broaden her expertise and knowledge through working on a variety of cases and attending CLE courses. Prior to working at Carmichael Clark, P.S., Taryn interned with Law Advocates as the paralegal for their Self-Help Parenting Plan Clinic for domestic violence survivors. Taryn was on the Dean’s List and graduated with honors from Whatcom Community College, receiving an Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies. She was an Honors Program graduate and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. Taryn is a member of the Washington State Paralegal Association. She has been with Carmichael Clark since 2015.
On a personal note, Taryn is the mother of two school-aged girls who are active in sports and extra-curricular academic endeavors. Taryn actively volunteers in her daughters’ activities and any spare time she has she enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with friends and family.
