Jain and Page Become Shareholders at Bellingham Law Firm Carmichael Clark, P.S.

Bellingham law firm Carmichael Clark, P.S. announces that Simi Jain and Bryan L. Page are now Shareholders of the law firm. Both were formerly associate attorneys.

Ms. Jain’s practice will continue in the areas of land use and natural resources, environmental law, real estate and municipal law. Ms. Jain earned her J.D. and M.S.E.L at Vermont Law School in 2004 and has practiced law in Washington since graduation. Ms. Jain remains involved with our community through her service on the board of directors of the Whatcom Land Trust and is a member of the Whatcom County Adult Soccer Association.

Mr. Page will continue to practice civil litigation with an emphasis on business, commercial, and real estate law. He joined in the firm in 2008. Since then, he has represented individuals, small businesses, and large national corporations in resolving complex disputes. Mr. Page is active in the Bellingham/Whatcom County community, and presently serves on the board of directors of LAW Advocates, a non-profit providing free civil legal services to low income people. A native of Western Washington, Mr. Page is a graduate of Western Washington University (B.A. 2003, magna cum laude, business administration) and Seattle University School of Law (J.D. 2006, magna cum laude).
