Attorney Timothy Potts has joined Carmichael Clark, P.S. Tim will work in the areas of taxation, real estate, transactions, estate planning, entity formation/reorganization and financing/lender dealings. He earned his Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law. Prior to working as an attorney, Tim practiced as a CPA for regional, local and international accounting firms. He earned his business degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
Tim also worked at Trillium Corporation as CFO and then as General Counsel. He also has experience in real estate development. Most recently, Tim worked in his own firm, Potts Law. Carmichael Clark, P.S. is a civil practice law firm located in Bellingham
